An Unordered List:

• Choose an event and research it and learn more about it
• Research as much as you can about HTML email
• Establish an announcement heading, subheadings,body text, etc.
• Edit the provided footer to fit your needs. Create a tag line based on your research to include in the announcement.
• Design several mock-ups to bring to class
• Design and create mock-ups in InDesign or Illustrator and bring to class for critique
• Create a final design and code it in HTML
• Compress image files inorder to have the emails download quickly
• Write a privacy statement and unsubscribe statement make a webpage for it. Link to the privacy statement page from the announcement
• Create and print display code on 11X17in board, portrait.
